We’ve pulled together a list of frequently asked questions we think may make booking your trip easier, however, if we haven’t answered your questions, don’t hesitate to contact us. We’d love to help, email us anytime bali@peppahart.com.

Booking

  • Yes a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. And then the remaining 50% due 30 days before your arrival. The payment will be automatically deducted 30 days prior to your arrival. If your booking is made under 30 days before your arrival, payment is due in full.

  • Your 50% deposit is non refundable, and you must pay the full balance amount 30 days before arrival. If you need to change dates prior to 30 days before your booking, we can change your dates to a suitable date in the following 12 months from the booking date. If notice is given under 30 days, deposit is non refundable. Modifications to the booking dates cannot be made within 30 days prior to your booking.

  • You can choose your villa via the booking system on our Book page, as long as the preferred villa is available during the dates of your stay.

  • You are able to book using credit card via our online booking portal.

  • 2 nights.

  • If the villas are sold, your money will be refunded immediately. And the new owners can rebook you via the updated booking system.

THE VILLAS

  • Each villa has:

    • 3 bedrooms all with ensuites, one super king bedroom upstairs with an outdoor terrace, and two king bedrooms on the ground floor

    • Villa I is 300m2 and Villa II is 280m2

    • Private kitchen equipped with everything you need

    • Open-plan living, dining, and kitchen overlooking the pool area

    • Private pool and backyard with rice field view

    • Bespoke furniture throughout

    • Large home office

    • Large freestanding bath with rice field view

    • Vinyl record player

    • Concierge Service to help you with anything you may need

    • Return airport transfers

    • Private chef to cook your breakfast daily

    • 4m ceilings with natural light flooding in

    • All linen and towels included

  • Each villa can host a maximum of 6 adults, or combination of adults and children of up to 6 people, with an exception for children under 1 year old. We have a porta cot available for infants.

  • Unfortunately, no. We only allow the allocated amount of guests at each villa. Should you book for more people without confirming this is okay with the hosts, we reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time during your trip, and no refund will be allocated.

  • We love kids! Children are more than welcome however maximum occupancy remains at 6 people per villa, including children over 1 year old. All terms & conditions also still apply to children and any issues or accidents that happen will be the responsibility of the guest. Please note there is no pool fence, but there are several companies that can hire temporary pool fencing - if you need us to organise please let us know in advance of your arrival. Should you need a car seat for your airport pick up, please let us know at the time of your booking.

  • Unfortunately, no. We don’t allow pets at the villas.

  • Each villa has its own swimming pool, and yes, in both cases it is private.

  • The villas are equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living/kitchen/dining space.

  • Yes daily housekeeping is provided and our wonderful team are on hand to help organise anything you may need while staying with us from massages to I.V to facials to doctors.

  • Our lovely chef will cook breakfast daily anytime from 8 am. You will need to let us know the day before what you would like for breakfast and please let us know if you have any allergies or dietary requirements. Most guests request pancakes, poached eggs on sourdough or omelets - he can of course cook incredible Indonesian dishes as well.

  • Yes there are plenty of incredible restaurants and cafe’s nearby, we have a complete Bali guide of all our favourites for you to select from. You can also order from any local cafes on GoJek and have them delivered to your villa any time of the day. GoJek is also great for getting groceries or anything you may need to be delivered. It will be your Bali best friend!

  • Yes we have CCTV around the property which is live 24 hours a day and we also have an on-site security guard from 9pm until 5am located in the security hut at the front entrance gate.

cHECKING IN

  • Before your arrival, we will contact you to confirm flight times so our driver can collect you from the airport. We will also ask that you download WhatsApp for your phone, everything in Bali operates via the app. Our friendly staff will be here at the villa to welcome you once you arrive.

  • Check-in is at 2 pm and checkout is at 11 am. If you need an early or late checkout time please let us know in advance so we can do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • We will endeavor to do our best but it will depend on our bookings on either side of your stay. Please contact us once you have made your booking if you do want to request early or late checkin or checkout. If you would like to guarantee a late check out or early check in, we suggest booking an extra half day either side of your booking – this is the only way we can ensure your request is fulfilled.

GETTING HERE

  • Yes we offer complimentary return airport transfers for our guests. You simply confirm your flight times and flight number with us ahead of your arrival.

  • We suggest using private drivers whilst in Bali instead of renting a car. The private drivers are affordable and know the windy roads well. If you do require a car rental or scooter rental we can arrange for you.

  • La Playa is located in beautiful Seseh, Bali. Away from the hustle and bustle of Canggu but still close enough to enjoy all the beautiful restaurants and cafes Canggu has to offer. The villas look on to beautiful rice fields with the ocean in the horizon.

DURING THE STAY

  • A small group of friends are welcome to visit but no parties or large gatherings, and overnight occupancy must remain at a total of 6.

  • Yes, please no loud music or excessive noise of any sort after 10pm.

  • You will have our teams Whatsapp numbers to contact at anytime throughout your stay. The housekeeper and villa manager are on site from 9am - 5pm most days.

  • Yes you absolutely can, download GoJek app to your phone and order anything your heart desires. There is a fully functional kitchen as well so feel free to cook up a storm as well.

  • Certainly - let us know what you would like to do and we can help you.

  • Absolutely, just give us a days notice at least, and we can organise this for you.

  • GoJek app is the best form of transportation, it works the same way as Uber and is very affordable. You can select scooter or car options. You can also connect your credit card to the app in case you don’t have cash on you.
